Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced them against your rights and interests. You may ask us for details of that assessment. We do not currently send marketing newsletters. If we decide to send you marketing emails, we will do so only if you have agreed, or as otherwise permitted by PECR, and you will be able to opt out at any time.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that has legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who we share your information with
We share information only where necessary, with:

- Our bank, to receive payments and make refunds.

Deliveries are made by our own vehicles, so we do not share delivery details with an external courier. Our service providers act on our instructions under written agreements and only use your information for the services they provide to us. We do not sell your personal information.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers, including Google, may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we make sure that a lawful transfer mechanism applies, such as an adequacy regulation, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, together with any additional safeguards required.

We may keep information for longer where we need it to defend legal claims or comply with the law.
7. How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and password protection for accounts. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please choose a strong password and keep it confidential. If there is a breach that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will tell you and the ICO as the law requires.
